我公司研发了具有自主知识产权的碳化硅整形设备，生产的RS100、RS07、F600、F1500等高纯度、高活性重结晶碳化硅专用微粉，表面光洁圆滑、形状好，粒度分布集中，易于浸润。生产出的重结晶碳化硅急冷风管、保护管、匣钵等制品，广泛应用于化工、冶金、耐磨行业、陶瓷、工业高温窑炉中。

We developed silicon carbide shaping equipments with own intellectual property rights and produced special RSiC micropowder such as RS100, RS07, F600 and F1500 with high purity and highly reactivity. The suffaces of these micropwders are bright and smooth, good shape, concentrited particle size distribution and easy to be wetted. They are widely used in the chemical industry,metallurgy,wear resistance industry, ceramic and industrial high temperature kiln. The finished products include RSiC cooling pipes, protective tubes and crucibles, etc.
