一、功能概述:Functional overview

大量程方阻测量范围、最小测量到-5次方或-6次方,采用高精度集成电路模块;智能一体化结构设计,整体大方, USB232通讯接口,高精恒直流恒流源 ,提供四探针法和四端法两种测量模式并存, 全程采用PC软件操作,自动测试过程数据曲线及图谱分析,实时分析压强/压力与电阻,电阻率,电导率的变化关系,及报表生成,存储,打印等;

A high precision integrated circuit module is used for the measurement range,  wide range of  sheet resistor. the smallest measure to the minus 5 or the negative 6 power.Intelligent integration structure design, the overall generous, USB, 232 communication interface, high precision constant  DC constant current source, and provide four point probe method and four-terminal method two measurement modes coexist, fully use the PC software operation, the process of automatic test data curve and spectrum analysis, real-time analysis of pressure/pressure and resistance, resistivity, and the changes of conductivity and report generation, storage, printing, etc

 

二、满足标准:Meet Standard

1)四探针测试仪满足GB/T 1551GB/T1552-1995ASTM F84美国A.S.T.M 标准。

2)四探针法粉末测试平台依据GBT 30835-2014《锂离子电池用炭复合磷酸铁锂正极材料》中关于粉末电导率的测定方法中用于仲裁方法的四探针法要求制作.
